Pictures and documents such as Microsoft files (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc) can be attached to role descriptions within Way We Do. Note: This is an administrative function and will only be available to users who have Admin permissions.
To begin, click the Attachment icon on the right of the screen when you are on the role description page.
Click +Upload a File in the top right corner and select the attachment from your computer. Click Open to attach the file. The attachment will appear in the list on the page.
The small number in the bottom corner of the Attachment icon shows how many attachments the role description has. This number will change after the new file is uploaded.
You can open attachments to check them by clicking on the title of the attachment.
You can add a link to your attachment into the content on the page to give users easy access. Click here for instructions on linking to attachments.
