Adding or updating company contact details

Your company name as shown in the url you created for your Operations Manual (yourcompany.waywedo.com) is displayed by default at the top of the left hand navigation menu.  The company or organisation name can be updated through the Company Details section.  To find the Company Details section, simply following these instructions.  

  1. Click on "Administration" in the main navigation and click "Account".  
  2. Click the "Sub-Navigation" icon in the top left hand corner of the screen. 
  3. Click on "Company Details".  
  4. Click on "Contact Details".
  5. Revise the name of the company if required and choose your industry.
  6. Add your contact details including phone number.  
  7. Add your address details.    
  8. Click the "Update Details" button.  
By updating these details, it provides the Way We Do team with details about your business so that we can plan new features and continuously improve the solution.
