How do I change the order of the roles in my org chart list?

When in the Structure section of your Way We Do manual, you can click the menu icon to open the side menu, which will display the list of roles that you have assigned to your organization chart. By default, these roles are listed in alphabetical order.

To change the order that the roles are displayed in, simply append a number to the beginning of the role title. For example, instead of "Manager" the title should read "01. Manager."

Once numbered, the roles will appear in numerical order in the list. Any roles that are not numbered will still appear in alphabetical order below the numbered roles.
